AllergEase: Customer Feedback & Reviews

Most consumers of this product use the AllergEase website to review the product. Consumers of AllergEase website highly value the product's efficiency in relieving allergy symptoms without causing side effects of most allergy medications:

"These drops had calmed my symptoms almost as well as otc medications. Very shortly, around 20 minutes my runny nose had stopped and I had sneezed about 80% less. Maybe it wasn't a magic bullet like most instant medicines, however, i had not received any side effects like drowsiness or sleeplessness at night."

Many reviews on AllergEase's website comment on how good the lozenges taste:

"Not only does allergEase relieve my allergy symptoms, I eat these little drops like candy!!"

Others are ecstatic about the uniqueness of the product and are astonished that it doesn't have more visibility:

"Finally, some sort of medication without all the garbage, just organic ingredients. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You should do some more advertising. If people knew about this stuff, they would be all over it! Let me talk to your marketing guy!"

One Amazon customer expresses complete satisfaction:

"I'm always skeptical of herbal remedy claims. I was very pleasantly surprised when this product worked! I tried over several weeks under different conditions. In each case my allergy/cold symptoms were significantly improved."

AllergEase: Business Credibility & Trustworthiness

Though this company is not listed on BBB, it has been listed on Pharmaceutical Business Review and has received high regard in the press, with its appearance in Fitness Magazine, All You Magazine, and PR Newswire as a budget friendly over the counter solution to mild allergies and an extra supplement to take with allergy medications.

AllergEase: Website Popularity & Google Ranking

The AllergEase website has received over 3 million hits according to Alexa, most of which occured in the beginning of 2012. Its Google PageRank is 3/10. The website could benefit from the use of better marketing strategies but it seems the company hasn't focused much attention on gaining popularity through search results.

AllergEase: Social Media Presence

AllergEase has a very informative blog that provides insight into natural remedies and all things related to allergies. The company has over 2,500 likes on Facebook  and has over 600 followers on Twitter @Allergease. Those who like and follow AllergEase get 15% off their products. They can also be found on Google+ here. This company makes a consistent effort to spread reliable information to consumers.

AllergEase: Pricing & Packages

The lozenges come in packs of 21, and can be purchased as 3 packs or 6 packs. The 3 packs are $17.97 and 6 packs are $34.99. There are also sample packs for $1.99.

A similar product that relieves allergies in the form of tea, AllergEase Herb Tea, sells a pack of 20 tea bags for $5.50, making it around the same price range as AllergEase lozenges. The convenience of lozenges is unbeatable, but some people might prefer tea.

Another lozenge product called PreHistin Allergy Defense Formula goes for $7.79 per pack of 63 lozenges. Though these are less costly, the main ingredient is Vitamin B, which has received mixed reviews from Amazon customers:

"After using for 3 weeks, I did not have any improvement in my allergic reaction."

"It's a shame that you can no longer purchase this product once the current inventory runs out. Did you know the company has filed for chapter 7. And did you know that no one can get the patent because of it being buried under legal review. It's a shame"

Though AllergEase seems to be a high quality product, there are still complaints about pricing from the website reviewers:

"I tried the free sample pack I got in on line and have to admit that the product is fantastic. It tastes great and works well as advertised. I must also point out that the product is highly over priced. At 22 dollars including shipping for three boxes, it comes out to $0.35 each. That's just a bit steep when I can purchase a very similar product at the local Walgreen's for less than half the amount without waiting for shipping. Cut the price in about half and I'd reconsider."

AllergEase: Shipping Rates & Policies

Shipping is only $3.99 for all items by USPS first class mail. The product ships to all areas of the US and only internationally to the  Armed Forces. There are no other shipment options or shipping rates. There are no noticeable complains about shipments from customer reviews.

AllergEase: Payment Methods Accepted

The AllergEase website accepts most forms of credit card and debit card payment. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. However, it does not take any other forms of payment, such as Paypal, EbillMe, BillMeLater, E-Check, EFT, or QPass. If this is a problem, you may contact them at and they get promise to get back within 48 hours.

AllergEase: Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

There is a 30 day money back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with the AllergEase lozenges. Within 72 hours of receipt, they will issue a full refund to the unsatisfied customer. There is no evidence that they haven't upheld their policy. It seems most customers are very satisfied with the product.
